- About ICAIAT 2026 - 2026 International Conference on Artificial Intelligenceand Arts Therapy (ICAIAT 2026) With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, its applications in the field of art therapy have become increasingly widespread, gradually breaking the boundaries and limitations of traditional art therapy. Classic art therapy modalities such as music therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and drama therapy are achieving in-depth integration with cutting-edge technologies including machine learning, deep learning, affective computing, and brain-computer interfaces. This cross-domain collision not only reconstructs the implementation mode of art therapy but also gives rise to a series of innovative research directions and clinical applications, injecting new momentum into the diversified and precise development of mental health services and opening up a new path for the development of the global art therapy field. Against this background, to further promote academic exchange and cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence and art therapy, build a bridge for interdisciplinary integration and innovation, and gather research forces in this field around the world, Wuhan Institute of Technology intends to host the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Art Therapy (ICAIAT 2026) during December 16-18, 2026 in Wuhan. As a high-level international academic event in the interdisciplinary field of artificial intelligence and art therapy, this conference aims to break disciplinary barriers, gather top scholars, young researchers, clinical practitioners, and industry experts in this field from around the world, and provide participants with an efficient and professional platform for academic exchange and achievement display. The conference will take "Artificial Intelligence Empowers Art Therapy, Interdisciplinary Collaboration Builds a Healthy Future" as its core orientation, and conduct in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as the innovative application of artificial intelligence technology in art therapy, the in-depth integration of art therapy and affective computing, the practical exploration of brain-computer interface technology in therapeutic scenarios, and the intelligent upgrading of traditional art therapy models. Through various forms such as keynote reports, thematic seminars, paper presentations, and case sharing, participants will exchange the latest research results, discuss industry development bottlenecks, jointly explore future development directions, promote the in-depth integration of artificial intelligence technology and art therapy, assist in the academic innovation and clinical application of related fields, and contribute wisdom and strength to the development of the global mental health cause. |
